Our Goodbyes Begin...

Well as our time together winds down the goodbyes are getting more and more. This weekend Jason took a little trip to Turning Stone Resort for Friday night with the boys and to his surprise the infamous JC showed up to say his goodbyes. They had a wonderful time as you can see but I do not think good enough to request Fort Drum as his next duty station, heehee!!!!

Life as a Nomad...

William is adjusting to life as a Nomad. We officially signed out of our house this morning with only a $10 fee for lost keys, can't beat that! The Inn is now officially William's home for the next couple weeks and as you can see from the pictures he isn't phased at all. It doesn't bother him a bit that his Mommy makes him play on the bed instead of the floor or that he has to take a bath on the bed too because the bathtub is too big for Mommy to reach over. We are just having fun spending time together and trying to pretend the deployment isn't knocking on our door

As for William he is growing and doing more every day! Jason can not figure out why William does not laugh at him very often when William finds me absolutely hilarious. Jason says that everyone finds him funny!! So he is a little concerned with William's developing sense of humor. William has alsobegun to ROLL over...well atleast his butt and legs go over. He hasn't figure out how to get his mellon over yet but he's trying! Hopefully I'll catch it when my camera is charged...

So Embarrassing...

How did William's cute little townhouse life on post turn into a pile on the curb???? Well as you can see bulk pickup is today and thank goodness today is our last day sitting on the floor. William took a stand yesterday and told Daddy that he must have a hotel room, no more of this stupid sitting and eating on the floor!!! We are closing up shop here in the North Country in preparation for Jason's deployment and we look forward to seeing you all very soon! We are planning on staying busy visiting family and of course helping Grumpy at the office to make these 15 months go fast. So start planning your favorite activities we are heading south!!!!!

William visits Peterstown

Well William made his first trek to Peterstown and don't let the first picture fool you, he didn't waste a moment of the trip sleeping...From Mamaw Sylvie and Papaw Tommy to Grandad Jeff and Grandma Sandra he worked his way through both sides of his Daddy's family. He got to meet his cousin Seven, watch his cousin Taylor play softball, see his Godfather Drew's new house, and watch his sister Sydney play soccer! He was so sorry he had to leave but can't wait to return for his Uncle Matt's wedding at the end of May! The best part of William's trip to Peterstown was his Mamaw Sylvie's singing, he thought she was just the Berries and he loved his Papaw Tommy's stories and wishes he could meet ChonkyChonk.

SO BIG...

I'm getting to be such a Big Boy! Look at me in my Bumbo Seat!

Move In Day

FINALLY...William is back in West Virginia, almost for good. As you can see we moved a ton of stuff for just 15 months! Two SUV's full and one UHaul trailer and we made it! Jason was not happy, because again, he had to move everything by himself. Up and down the driveway he came bringing box after box, tub after tub, basket after basket...but he had to get everything in the house before Grumpy saw how I had packed everything into the UHaul. But we got everthing in but now I don't know where we are going to put it...

But William is settling in as you can see and learning to sit at the table like a Big boy...as long as he has a little padding and Mommy doesn't go too far away.

FOUND...

One left hand...so soft and tasty. I love to chew on it, suck on it, look at it, and just enjoy it to the fullest!!
