Halloween 2013

As the Ballard Boys time in Charlottesville is winding down, they have begun their Farewell Tour...  Starting with Halloween on the Lawn on the Grounds of the UVA Campus! A Must see if Ever in Charlottesville at Halloween time...

Both Ballard Boys had Character Parades this week! Jebby was the Leader of his Class!!! 

William's class dressed all like Farmers because they had a Field Trip to a Farm right after the Parade!

Teacher Work Days = Apple Picking Fun with Friends!!!  The Ballard Boys Finally got to Enjoy the Beauty of Fall from Carter Mountain!!! They picked a Few Apples too!!!!

Spooky Golf....

Coach Kandi turned the Golf Course into a Haunted Course for the Kids on Sunday! The Ballard Boys Loved Spooky Golf!!!

Late Last Night after Soccer, the Ballard Boys were busy Wrestling when all of a Sudden the Dog started Barking like Crazy!!! The Boys were not phased by the Barking until the Door Bell Rang!!! Both Boys Ran to the Door... To Find....No One Was There!!!!!!!  William asked me to go and Investigate.  Once outside, I found a Scary Sight!  The Ballard Boys had be Booed!!! Outside I found Two Glowing Necklaces and a Scary Hand filled with Yummy Treats! The Note said they had bee Booed and to Pass it on to two other Friends!

They were So Excited and Can't Wait to Scare their two Picks...

Let the School Projects Begin!!!

William brought home an assignment this weekend.  His class is learning about Communities, and what make up Communities. His Assignment was to create a building in a Community to put into a model of a Community that they are assembling in class.  The teacher gave a list of suggestions; house, office building, store, school, etc... So what did William choose, you ask? A Church!!! (Not one of the buildings on the list.... but impressed with his decision, none-the-less...)

The Ballard Boys made a stop at Chiles Orchard on their way to Golf today in hopes of finding some pumpkins in the Patch!

 Sad to Discover the Ballard Boys no longer fit in the Wagon!
